Apexa is a Resident Physiotherapist who completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in India in 2018 and Fitness and Health Promotion at Durham College in 2022. She develops individualized exercise and rehabilitation programs to enhance strength, mobility, balance, and overall functional ability. Apexa strongly believes that exercise is an essential component of recovery and plays a key role in helping patients return to their daily activities. She has experience working with patients with musculoskeletal conditions, stroke rehabilitation, sports injuries, and motor vehicle accident cases. He recommends very simple exercises to strengthen muscles. Dr v not only does the chiropractor adjustments but his background in kinesiology is, truly as asset for all his patients.  He  does Chiropractic adjustments also uses laser treatment , acupuncture and hot compresses in his treatments. DR V and his, staff provide chiropractor care physio and registered massage therapy. She doesn’t just do one thing; she combines soft tissue massage, specific exercises, and machines to get to the root of the problem. We tried cupping today and definitely a bit sore right now, but I can already feel it’s going to make a massive difference.
